Key points from the meeting.
The Frankie's Fun Park event is 7/20 at 5pm. We do have the minimum of 10 people that we need for a group rate but we'd love to have more. The anticipation is that everyone will get the $29 per person package. Just show up and look for the group. If anyone doesn't know where it is, it's back in the complex across the street from where we have the meetings at Tavern 24. You can just go to the next traffic light on Woodruff and turn down Miller Rd and then turn left immediately after crossing the railroad tracks and it will be on your right.
The meteor shower event is coming up on 8/10. Look for another email with more details. If you want to do the full event then plan for at least the later half of the afternoon all the way through the night. Blair has a bunch of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Brevard reserved and needs the names of those who would like a room so he can transfer them into your name. Again, will include that in another email as well.
The Tomassee event will be on 9/21 (9/22 rain date). This is the event that got postponed due to rain back in March. So all the same information from before but with a new date.
We're having some trouble finding an autocross location so if you think you have any leads then please pursue them and let us know what you find out.
Everything else had no new information. Look forward to more information at upcoming meetings.
