Meeting was held at Blue Ridge Brewing Company on North Main Street. Club and NCCC Dues Collection started before the meeting for those attending the meeting. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the September 13, 2011 meeting were not read.
Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. Greg Kyzer gave highlights of the national meeting minutes. Full minutes are on the NCCC website. Region officer positions are open for RCD and Membership director. Next NCCC event will be our Autocross in Shelby on the 22 and 23rd of October. There will be 14 events at Darlington on the October 29th and 30th. For racers, mention was made that Betty Parks is taking contributions for a memorial brick for Geof Gott.
The treasurer’s report was given by Debbie Haskell.
Emil and Blair reported on the Sept 24th Trap Shooting Event. All Attending had a good time. Only a few clay pigeons were murdered.
John Brackett announced details on trying J Peters Grill off Woodruff Road as a meeting place. A vote was passed to have our next meeting there.
Officer Nominations were made and passed to continue the current Officers positions with no objections.
John & Debbie reported on plans for our upcoming autocross in Shelby. Preliminary setup will be Friday afternoon on the 21st. Saturday workers need to be at the Shelby Fairgrounds for Registration starting around 7:30 AM
