November 2010 Meeting Minutes

Meeting was held at Travinia’s on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the October 12 meeting were read and accepted.

Visitors Howard and Sharon and Paul Pleasants were recognized.

Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. Regional Governor’s meeting scheduled for Saturday October 15 was not held. 7 low speed events are scheduled for Dec 12 at BMW. 10 high speed events will be held Thanksgiving weekend at Roebling Rd. 14 Low speed events are scheduled for Huntsville Alabama.

Debbie Haskell gave the treasurer’s report. There is $xxxx.28 in checking and $xxxx.79 in savings.

The November event will be a loop drive around Lake Jocasse on Nov 13.

Christmas party will be Dec 18 at Terry and Diane’s. Everyone should bring a salad and desert or a vegetable and a desert. Bring presents for rob your neighbor.

The will be an event at Café and Then Some on Friday Dec 10.

Officer nominations were taken. Current officers were re-nominated. Lowery award votes were taken.

Meeting was adjourned.
