October 2010 Meeting Minutes

Minutes of October 12, 2010 Meeting

Meeting was held at Travinia’s on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the September 14 meeting were read and accepted.

Visitors Howard and Sharon and Paul Pleasants were recognized.

Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. 14 low speed events are scheduled for Lenoir, NC on Oct 23 and 24. . Car shows will be held in NC during October. Events are also scheduled in the Florida region. Incumbents for regional officers were re-nominated. No other nominations were received. Regional Governor’s meeting will be Saturday October 15.

Debbie Haskell gave the treasurer’s report. There is $xxxx.28 in checking and $xxxx.75 in savings.

A discussion was held on the Café and then some event.

Christmas party will be Dec 18 at Terry and Diane’s.

Officer nominations were taken. Current officers were re-nominated.

K&K insurance changes were discussed.

Membership renewals are due at the November meeting.

Meeting was adjourned.
