July 2010 Meeting Minutes

Minutes of July 13, 2010 Meeting

Meeting was held at Travinia’s on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the June 8 meeting were read and accepted.

Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. No Carolina Region events are currently scheduled.

Debbie Haskell gave the treasurer’s report. There is $xxxx.28 in checking and $xxxx.63 in savings. The transfer of $1500 from the checking account to the savings account as approved during the May 11, 2010 has not yet been done.

For the July club event, we will meet at the Sonic on Highway 290 at 7:15 on Monday July 19 and drive to the Shoppes At Greenridge in Greenville (just off I-85) and have ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. 

For the August event, Mike Hovan will coordinate a Tail of the Dragon trip. Discussions were held on this event and members preferred a one day trip. Details will be provided later. Preferred dates were either Aug 14th or Aug 28th.

No updates were provided on the club autocross event.
