Minutes of April 13, 2010 Meeting

Meeting was held at Travinia’s on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The following visitors were recognized:

Blair Collins read the minutes of the March 9 and the minutes were accepted.

Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. Regional Banquet is Saturday April 17th. No Carolina Region events are scheduled. Greg to announce trip to Bowling Green at Regional Banquet in case others want to attend. CCI will plan on holding an Autocross in late September or early October possibly at Darlington.

Debbie Haskell gave the treasurer’s report. $xxxx.28 in checking and $xxxx.51 in savings.

A discussion was held on Mike Hovan’s drive to Caesar’s Head on March 27.

Blair discussed the upcoming Greenville Drive game on April29th.

The Bowling Green trip will be May 22 through 24. Unveiling of Don’s brick will be on Sunday Morning. Day’s Inn has a rate of $57/night or will give 15% off. We will drive out on Saturday and can tour the factory on Monday.

A June event was tentatively scheduled at Johnny and Debbie’s.
