Minutes of February 9, 2010 Meeting

Meeting was held at Travinia’s on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Blair Collins, President, called the meeting to order.

The minutes of the January 12, 2010 meeting were read and accepted.

Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. There will be a 14 event weekend at Darlington on March 20 and 21th. A car show is scheduled in Rocky Mount.

Debbie Haskell gave the treasurer’s report. There is xxxx.03 in checking and xxxx.39 in savings.

The club banquet will be held at 8:30 on Friday February 19th at Travinia’s .

A discussion was held on the autocross to be held at Darlington on March 20 and 21.

Mike Hovan is planning a cruise and coffee for March 27.

A discussion was held on the club autocross. May 8 and 9 was proposed. The first weekend in June was also a possibility. The discussion was tabled to check on other available dates.

Vern noted that he is making some changes to the web site.
