Meeting was held at Fuddruckers on Woodruff Road. Following dinner, Johnny Haskell, President, called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM.
No minutes were read for the June 10, 2008 meeting.
Simpsonville Chevrolet is not available for club meetings for several months. August meeting is scheduled to be held at Fuddruckers.
The following visitors were recognized: Paul and Laurie Morey.
Greg Kyzer gave the Governor’s report. On July 14, Chevy’s Under Glass will be holding 4 rallies. Greg needs the NCCC fees from our club autocross for Pete Dawley.
Debbie Haskell gave the bank balances. There is $xxxx in checking and $xxxx in savings.
Don Smith gave a report on the national convention. Debbie Haskell finished in 11th place nationally. Johnny Haskell finished 9th. Don reported that Hagerty Insurance is a new NCCC sponsor and gives an NCCC discount.
Region event sanctions are still available. The club is interested in another event. A location will need to be identified. A late September or early October date is desired.
A pool party is planned at Johnny and Debbie Haskell’s home on August 16.

RTP corvettes will have a trip to the Biltmore House (Nov 7-9). A link will be posted on the web site.
In mid September there will be a drag race at Lowes Motor Speedway.
October 1 -4 Petit Lemans at Road Atlanta
Labor Day 2009 Corvette caravan to the Corvette Museum.
Verne has updated the club website. Make sure to visit the site. Verne needs pictures of members with their cars to post on the site.
